Description: Harbingers S/B with Matthias support.  Intercept and Suddens
are there to cut off prey's pool gain, compensating for the Harbingers'
lack of a real bleed discipline.  Deck destruction effects(Slaughterhouse,
Egothha) are mainly there for psych value - scares prey into playing cards
more slowly, freaks them out to see good cards milled away, and makes them
think I'm not playing a S/B deck.
